IXTAPA
IXTAPA Mexican Restaurant was a complete transformation of what was a hardware store for years to that of a 3 line Mexican restaurant. It required new plumbing, grease traps and tank, new rooftop equipment and exhaust, moment frame steel around the cook-line to handle the new HVAC and exhaust equipment and structural changes to the roof to provide an atrium at the main dining area. We designed and built all of the waiter stations and cook-line cabinetry, designed with bright bamboo laminate color schemes, and designed and built the bar and back bar cabinetry, including the waterfall mirrored liqueur steps.
